It was a physical weekend for Formula 4 drivers in Adria. All three races of Italian Championship round 5 were held in one single day with just a few hours interval.

Perhaps that was the reason why most of the drivers behaved well in the final race which was driven without any safety car intervention from start to finish.

Robert Shwartzman celebrated a victory in the third race. Started from pole position, Mucke Motorsport driver was unbeatable and managed to create almost 5 seconds gap to the Championship leader Ralf Aron who finished 2nd. Aron was able too keep up in Shwartzman’s pace but only till lap 10 when he started to lose pace a little bit.

This was Shwartzman’s second win of his career. The first one came just a few hours earlier when the Russian driver succeeded in the sprint race after starting from P7 on the reverse grid. Robert also collected a pole position and a fastest lap of the race.

Next Italian F4 Championship race will take place in Imola at September 18-20. Next week Formula 4 returns to Germany for Oschersleben event.
